Diane Gosselin, Ph.D., MBA
Vice president, Research and Business DevelopmentDiane Gosselin joined the CQDM's team in September 2008. She has fifteen years of experience in research and corporate financing. She holds a Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from University of Montreal and an Executive MBA from University of Quebec in Montreal and from Paris-Dauphine University. Before joining the CQDM, Diane Gosselin was a Senior Investment Advisor in the life science sector at the FTQ Solidarity Fund, where she helped several companies in the implementation of their product development strategy. She was also actively involved in the elaboration of a strategic initiative aimed at promoting innovation in the life science sector. She took part in several technological maturation matters, notably as a board member of the Bio-Innovation Fund (2005-2008). She also served as a board member of Cardianove and the Biotechnologies Océanova during several years (2005-2008). Diane Gosselin was previously the head of immunology unit at PROCREA Biosciences where she oversaw the research team who designed and developed the first non invasive diagnostic test for the detection of endometriosis.
